Currently standing stud is Providence
San Miguel.
Training
Cynthia Mustaine has trained thousands of successful
sales people in both the financial industry and the
retail industry. Her personal sales career includes
selling livestock, financial planning, advertising,
retail products and training programs. Cynthia has
owned, bred and successfully sold alpacas since 2000.
She believes that given the skills, all alpaca owners
and breeders can learn to sell their alpacas.
Along with writing books and managing a livestock
farm, Cynthia presents keynote presentations and training
seminars on sales, small business strategy and personal
development. Her presentations offer systematic processes,
however, her stories will have you laughing. Laugh
and learn successful sales.
Consignment Sales
Not everyone who owns and sells alpacas has the time or
desire for the process of sales. We sell an average of 25
consignment animals a year. If you are interested in having
us sell your alpacas, contact us at info@ColchisAlpacas.com
Shearing
Each year, we travel to farms in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan,
Ohio and Kentucky to shear alpacas during April through
the end of May. For more information, please email Cynthia.
Fiber Sales
90% of the fiber from our alpacas is sold to spinners.
Because of the unique colors within our herd, we are able
to sell the fiber our animals produce. If you are a spinner,
contact us for information on our seasonal fiber sales.
The other 10% of our fiber is made into yarn because Cynthia
hopes to knit blankets and sweaters for her future grandchildren.
